About the Artist
Hi! My name is Amber Lokatys and I work in the San Francisco Bay Area as a commercial product and portrait photographer.
After gaining experience in the visual arts at the University of Vermont, I traveled to the heart of San Francisco to study fine art portraiture at the Academy of Art University.
Characterized by a dreamy ethereal aesthetic, my portraiture is heavily influenced by the female gaze and deciphers the exploration of young adulthood.
Shortly after graduating college, I moved into the role of in-house photographer at Benefit Cosmetics. My professional portfolio consists of beauty portraiture and product photography, and is used globally in Sephora, Ulta Beauty, and and Benefit Boutiques world wide.
